1. Returns
You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in original condition;

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories;

Be returned in the original packaging.
To start the return process, please email us at contact@subvlime.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as "Sale", final sale, or free gifts;

Gift cards.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification regarding your refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order included a free shipping promotion, a restocking fee may apply.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@subvlime.com. All exchanges depend on product availability.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), SUBVLIME will cover return shipping costs.
